What things you can update in your Aadhar yourself ?
If you have a validiate proof and your Mobile number is link with your Aadhar then you can update your
- Name
- Address
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Language
If you want to update the data given above please follow these steps:
- Visit on the official website of Aadhar or type UIDAI in your chrome browser. The main site will be open with address http://uidai.gov.in
- On the uidai page, go on ''Update Aadhar section''and click on ''Update Demographic Data $ Check Status''
- You will be forworded in myAadhar website.In this site, enter your Aadhar number and validiate capchta .An otp will be send in your registered mobile number.
- Enter the otp sent by UIDAI and login to update.
- In the new page click on''Update Aadhar online''.Here you can see what things you can update online.
- Click on ''Proceed to Update Aadhar.
- Select the biometric data which you want to update.
- After summiting the validiate proof.Click on preview.
- Here you can match your update history.If the data is correct as you want then click on proceed to pay.
- For the updation of Aadhar ,you have to pay 50 Rs. as service charge.
- Within 10 to 12 working days your Aadhar will be update.
